Breaking News Cardano (ADA) has now been formally detailed by the SEC as a digital commodity, not a security today. It is written directly into the Commission’s latest interpretive release. (Released Today) A digital commodity is an asset that derives its value from the programmatic operation of a functional crypto system, not from the expectation of profits driven by the efforts of others. ADA is listed alongside Bitcoin and Ethereum under that classification.

It's been extraordinarily beneficial being off X for the past two months, leaving the heavy lifting to AI and intermediaries. I haven't missed the cynical bad faith and endless drama this platform spreads, nor the pathological inability to feel a win. USDCx was an awesome accomplishment. Alongside so many others in February. I'm glad I got to feel them completely. I look forward to March with much more to come. I'd highly encourage everyone to step away from this platform in exchange for others that don't cause so much mental harm and the destruction of your soul.

I love Cardano, but I don't love blind optimism about its future. If my goal as a DRep were simply to gain more voting power, I'd just tell people what they want to hear. I know that right now, most people want to cut spending and lower the NCL. But I refuse to offer empty promises that Cardano will somehow work out on its own. I can't only say what everyone wants to hear. Sometimes facing reality, pointing out problems, and delivering hard truths is what's right for Cardano. And I believe that's what a DRep should do. So here's what I want to say: our focus should not be on cutting spending. It should be on growing the ecosystem. Cardano doesn't exist in a vacuum. We're competing fiercely with countless other chains. Ethereum and Solana ecosystems are expanding at incredible speed, already backed by massive investment from foundations and VCs. Cardano is competing against well-funded incumbents under significantly unfavorable conditions. Yet the community consensus is shifting toward reducing ecosystem investment. I believe that path leads to self-destruction. If the consensus to cut spending takes hold, it will block future proposals that could deliver the kind of impact Pentad has, like USDCx and critical infrastructure integrations. Even if the NCL gets raised again later, the time lost to debate and delay means we miss the window when it actually matters. Speed and timing are everything. I'll say it again: don't fixate on short-term price. Treasury sustainability and ADA's long-term value both depend on ecosystem growth. If this resonates with you, I'd appreciate your delegation. There is a significant, high intensity development effort occurring on Cardano Leios, right now. Cardano Leios will bring throughput advancements for Cardano, without sacrificing security or decentralization. I have to commend, again the team involved. Will, the overall team and leadership, I am watching every commit daily pushing this forwards. Cardano will scale.

USDCx is now on Cardano! It's not native USDC, but it's functionally the same, with added privacy layers. This is from an integration agreement that was signed with Circle. This will give Cardano access to the $70b+ USDC ecosystem. Might not feel like it, but very big news!
