Small Win🫶🏻
For the past 2.5 years, I'm been living almost 350 km away from home for college. I used to get around ₹1000 for monthly expenses, and whenever I went back home, I couldn't afford to take anything for my parents, not even sweets.
On top of that, I had to ask them for money just to book my ticket home.
But time changes.
Tomorrow, I'm going home and this time, I'm carrying gifts for my parents and my brother. It may look small to others, but for me, this is a big win.
Proud of how far I've come.
Thank you to everyone who made this possible!❤️

@AlbiaHossain It’s really awesome, but how about increasing the hero section size a bit and aligning it vertically to the center?
English

@prachiruns Agreed, often we focus more on the interface and neglect the overall user experience, it can be improved with a clean design too.

Create useful design.
Let me explain.
There's designing. And there's overdesigning.
Most designers overdesign without realizing it.
Recent project with a voice AI company.
The brief: 'Make it visually more interesting'
What we did:
→ Removed 50% of the text
→ Removed gradients to assert authority
→ Visualized data to support scale
Result: Successful conversations with clear overviews and conclusions.
Here's my test:
Remove an element. Does anything break?
If no → it was decoration, not design.
Every gradient, animation, icon should answer: does this help someone decide?
If not, cut it.
Investment decks don't need to look cool.
They need to be credible.
Useful > pretty.
