$hg/ $hgraf may be the craziest cdn promote since 2021. I knew Cdn exchanges were filled with crooks but this takes the cake. Something about Canada where companies can have no substance but able to generate a cult baffles me. Promoters around this smells dirty. Respect the pump.

$POET is +21% today, up 65% after the massive crash after the Marvell news. Does anyone know what is going on? I’m still on $POET because after taking the 45% hit two weeks ago the worst had already been priced in. So for me the R/R was on the upside. Still don’t trust management, but I won’t sell. I’m excited to see this technology play out. #PoeTSD

I’m a short seller myself (as you can see by my name) but I think yall got it wrong here. I think to address a few issues 1. Unsure why you think they “lied” on nvidia in their 10-k… firstly no one noticed it in the first place, if they intended to lie/pump, would be a tremendous failure of pumping on their part. Second, they redacted, really seems like a honest mistake if they then took it away. 2. Esds- you should do you channel checks here other than using the web, get your hands dirty and pay for an expert call 3. The nuai relationships were a thing of the past. I’d say the history and management backgrounds aren’t clean, but with this valuation, dangerous to short. Would also like to add, back in the day Iren, cifr, wulf were all questionable in the early stages that eventually transformed their business. I think we live in a different time now where these so called past “scams” start moving on into the right direction. Couple of hedge funds that are fundamental are involved + oak tree who are very very fundamental too. That’s my two cents

Es la plataforma educativa que ofrece mejor servicio al cliente por dólar gastado, más datos propietarios que nadie y con la IA acelerando el desarrollo de verticales. No sé si trillones, pero 10-20 veces más grande en unos años, probable.

The whole $POET thing went over my head a bit last week, but looking back on it: Apparently $POET's share price went up rapidly after the CFO disclosed they were supplying $MRVL, even though the partnership was confidential and there was an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). And after seeing that, $MRVL terminated the partnership with $POET, citing a breach of the NDA. The stock plummeted over 50% following the announcement of $POET last week. From my point of view, this is a massive blunder from $POET's management and the CFO in particular. How does management fail to adhere to something as simple as an NDA? On top of that, they announced it 4 days after the actual termination from $MRVL (April 23rd). The stock was going up and buyers were piling in, while the actual partnership with $MRVL was already terminated. $POET's technology may be good, but a corporate leadership that handles things this way is a massive red flag to me. To me, it feels like you're better off if you just stay away from this stock. For the record, I have never had a position in $POET.

$POET I am going to come out on a limb and call bs with this POET X MARVELL relationship. $POET CFO said they received further purchase orders from Marvell, that could mean a variety of things. Most likely, these are for continued testing/ evaluation, not a signal that they’ve been selected as a preferred supplier. Thats a big difference. From expert calls, these qualification cycles could take years, incremental PO is just part of he loop, not specifically a design win as Twitter is noting it to be. Also there seems to be real bottlenecks with poet technology that can’t be solved in the near term. I’m not saying they won’t eventually become the pref supplier, just not now. $POET update; I did not want to comment on this immediately because I wanted to digest the information they dropped and also wanted to do some more research about what actually happened? Now there's no really no words to describe how disappointing I am to see this happened today. Why? We were up 200% from our adds at $5.20 last month only for it to be destroyed by INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT. Here's the reason for the drop today: "POET Technologies shares plunge after $MRVL cancels purchase orders." The $POET narrative for why it was running hard started when the CFO, Thomas Mika, had an interview on the 21st of April with Stocktwits. He mentioned that confirmation of a Marvell-linked purchase order. And today, the orders were cancelled because of a NDA breach, which I would assume happened during the interview. But this raises a lot of question marks for me??? > I find it SUPER HARD to believe that the CFO had no idea about the NDA? > Purchase orders cancellation was sent on the 23rd of April and $POET only announced it today? > Are there actually any potential deals with Foxconn and Luxshare? Now, there can be lots of reasons why $POET only announced the news today. Could be legal/board review, they tried negotiating with $MRVL but on paper this is a huge hit on investor's confidence. As I mentioned on my previous post, $POET biggest upside breaker is customer adoption but this cancellation from $MRVL basically is the opposite of what we needed to see. But the most important question is probably if this is okay for adds now? Personally for me, it's inconclusive. The product is there, the technology is there. But the management has lost my trust. No matter how good a company's product is, if the people running the helm are criminals, the company will never grow. For me to actually start getting interested in this again for an investment standpoint, I will need to see more details of confirmation of deals with Foxconn and Luxshare.
