I love Maltese dogs. I’ve had five over 30 years and Charlie was my fifth and I adopted him. He lived almost 14 years and last spring, I lost him to congestive heart failure and seizures. Maltese are the most loving and loyal little dogs, although at times very stubborn. ❤️

I want to sincerely thank everyone who minted my meme card. I've wanted to put my art on Ethereum for years, but I wanted it to be for the right reasons and with the right project/collection/piece. I couldn't be happier I waited for this to be my inaugural piece. Special thanks to @6529Collections, @punk6529, @DarrenSRS and @teexels for such a great platform, working with me and allowing artists like myself to further explore their craft. Additionally I need to give a huge shout out to a few people who this wouldn't have been possible without. I am truly thankful for each of you! @scgerber, @gratusmasculus & LotsOfReasons I started inscribing the card on bitcoin. To ensure high resolution I am breaking the card into parts and putting it back together with code. Which allows me to provide a high-res image at 3072x4608 and 2.4MBs. I am also going to burn one of my Ethereum pieces to officially create the linkage between both projects on Ethereum and Bitcoin. The image below is exactly what minters can claim.

COVID did not make people insane. It just revealed who already was. It pulled back the curtain on the neighbours who reported each other for walking in the park. The colleagues who gleefully enforced every new restriction with a zeal that had nothing to do with public health. The friends who cut off people they had known for decades for asking a single question. The family members who chose compliance over love without a moment of hesitation. The authoritarian instinct was always there. The cruelty was always there. The desperate need to belong to the side with the loudest voice and the official approval, that was always there too. COVID did not create any of it. It just gave it permission. And what was revealed in those years about human nature, about the ease with which ordinary people abandon principle under social pressure, about how quickly a society will turn on its own, that is something we should be studying far more seriously than we are. Because the conditions that brought it out once can be created again. And the people who showed you who they were during that time? Believe them.
