Whatever the intervention or procedure, the patient's well-being must be the primary consideration. How did the NHS move so far from this principle? We must return to proper, informed consent.

📣Today is the day. Parliament will be debating my petition, signed by over 146,000 passionate members of the public, to halt the safeguarding monstrosity that is the puberty blockers trial. I’ll be there in person to see which MPs care about our children. You can watch live👇

Today is the anniversary of the day they locked up Care home residents, families were locked out… Nobody to cast a second eye and we now know why… 28 day rollovers 🆘 No life saving treatments.. No nothing only killer protocols in place that sent 1000s upon 1000s to a premature death… they were sitting ducks they had no chance barbic policies were coming at them from all angles Mary Fowler 104 spoke for so many at that time … Quote.. Now, Nicola Sturgeon, I hear you’re opening pubs to make the things better for people outside. “What about us? One time, we counted. Surely we count now?💔 #NeverAgain thescottishsun.co.uk/news/scottish-

What kind of country have we become when a hospital bed is no longer a place of refuge but a place of risk? Let’s strip away the polite language and the bureaucratic fog for a moment. Children. Children. Sexually assaulted while receiving medical care. Not on a dark street. Not in some lawless corner of society. In hospitals. Under the watch of a system that exists for one purpose only, to protect, to heal, to care. And what do we get in response? Committees. Reviews. “Frameworks.” A quango promising to “monitor” the problem through a system the public can barely access. It would be laughable if it wasn’t so morally grotesque. This is not a failure of policy. It is a failure of courage. Because when nearly 80% of hospitals are not even reporting these incidents, we are no longer dealing with isolated breakdowns. We are looking at a culture that prefers concealment over confrontation. Reputation management over human dignity. Optics over truth. And here’s the brutal reality no one in power seems willing to say out loud. If you cannot guarantee basic safety in a hospital ward, you have no business lecturing the public about “care pathways,” “trauma-informed approaches,” or any of the other soft, padded language that fills reports while real people are being harmed. This is what institutional decay looks like. Not dramatic collapse, but quiet tolerance. A slow, sickening normalisation of what should never be normal. And don’t miss the most chilling line in all of this. Patients can choose whether to report to the police. As if the burden of justice should sit on the shoulders of someone who has just been violated. As if silence equals consent. As if fear, confusion, and vulnerability are somehow conditions for informed choice. No. That is abdication dressed up as compassion. A civilised society is measured by how it protects the vulnerable when they cannot protect themselves. On that measure, this is not just a scandal. It is an indictment. If this does not provoke outrage, if this does not force immediate, visible, uncompromising action, then we are not drifting anymore. We have arrived. And where we have arrived is a place where the most basic duty of care has been hollowed out and replaced with paperwork. Hospitals should be sanctuaries. Right now, they are failing to be even safe. And that should shame every single person responsible for allowing it to continue.

Children are among the hundreds of women sexually assaulted in our hospitals as we reveal gov quango plan to document attacks within secretive system supposed to examine medical blunders which is inaccessible to public. ⁦@WRNScotland⁩ ⁦@MaryHowden

@JohnsonBos29095 They gave out thousands - maybe tens of thousands -of doses of a highly toxic antibiotic to perfectly healthy people. NHS own advice is to only use it in severe illness. gov.uk/drug-safety-up…

The 'unprecedented meningitis outbreak' was fake news, as it is admitted that cases of meningitis were not cases of meningitis. Well done to everyone who had the courage to smack down the fear propaganda.

For the immunologists and vaccinologists out there who want to tell the truth about MEN B vaccines. @RWMaloneMD @Kevin_McKernan @SecKennedy @NIHDirector_Jay Injecting tri-acylated lipoproteins - structurally and functionally similar to those in borrelia - could mimic aspects of Lyme infection pathology. Think overstimulation of TLR2 pathways. Think immunosuppression or tolerance in some contexts (ie: certain meningococcal lipoproteins can downregulate responses). This will result in exacerbation of symptoms in people with existing or latent borrelia exposure, or contributing to post-vaccination inflammatory syndromes. How many people in the US have been exposed to borrelia? I'll answer: A LOT. It would be stupidly irresponsible to push this vaccine onto the general public. Bookmark this.
TruthCures@TruthCuresLyme

Sigh. Really tired of showing common mechanisms of disease with triacyl lipoproteins and no medical professionals getting it. The antigen in MenB vaccines is a triacyl lipoprotein. Here, Pfizer says so themselves. link.springer.com/article/10.120…

At least 1500 people died today in the UK. Same as yesterday. Same as tomorrow. Same as every day of every month of every year. Many of their deaths just as tragic as the two in Canterbury. Deaths in road accidents. Deaths due to suicide. Deaths of elderly people alone. Violent deaths. Yet you never mention them. But along comes a story where there's a narrative to push, a panic to encourage, vaccines to sell, and you're all over it.

Sturgeons Legacy..🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 “Ms McParland has a video 🎥 that she filmed of herself begging Nicola Sturgeon to let relatives in to care homes, after her Mum had passed away. 💔 She would be willing to share this with the Inquiry team but would not wish this to be made public." -Marion McParland (Former NHS nurse 41 years)

@DownWithTheSNP She leaves a dismal legacy. She has been a cheer leader for gender ideology. An ideology that destroys childhood and what it means to be human. She terrified children over Covid; treating them as vectors of disease & coerced them into wearing masks & having unnecessary vaccines.

An emotional Nicola Sturgeon makes her final contribution in Holyrood. The former FM is stepping away after 27 years. "For the sake of the children who rely on us to look after them ... to those who will occupy these benches in a few weeks time, keep the promise."

I've run a couple of marathons, four halves and a lot of shorter races. I only once had knee trouble and it was when I went out running the day after I'd been sitting in the car all the previous day, driving to Edinburgh. I haven't read what this "expert" says yet but in my experience, which seemed to work, the best ways to avoid knee or hip trouble are: - Start training slowly and build up gradually. Don't add more than 10% mileage each week - Have a break from running every other day to begin with, and have at least one day of complete rest per week - Warm up by starting all your runs gently - Stretch after you finish every run (I'm not a big fan of stretching before, gentle running is the best warm-up) - Don't run all your miles on hard surfaces. Get off road when you can. - Wear running shoes that cushion your feet from sharp things but don't modify your running style. And then wear them until they fall apart. No need to spend lots of money on fancy shoes and changing them every few hundred miles. The more minimalist the better - On non-running days, don't sit still, do some gentle exercise. Alternatively, just don't run marathons. It's a long way, you'd get there faster by bus, and you'll feel shit for days afterwards. They drain the life out of you! And "The Wall" is a real thing. The miles after 20 are like the Wild West, you have no idea what's going to happen regardless of how well you train beforehand. 10km is a more sustainable and healthier distance to run regularly. 👍 Right, I'm off to read what the "expert" says now... 😬

Oooo quick, call an emergency, initiate a lockdown, introduce emergency police measures they’ll never retract. Call for blanket mail-in ballots in May. Sell, sell, sell vaccines and police dissent or criticism of them. Fine people for breaking draconian rules. Import more of the third world while people are locked in their homes and don’t see the major changes happening to their areas, just like during CONVID. Once things start to open back up, pretend it was all voluntary and people overreacted on their own accord… We know the drill…

Now there is a move to decriminalise abortion, effectively allowing it up to birth. Google it. It's not an easy read. It is the physical destruction of a baby. This horror passed the Commons after 46 minutes of debate. The Lords must stop it. It is a line the UK must not cross.
