A new tipping scam is spreading across the country, and this is just one example.
Look closely: A $60 check demands a $30 tip for "18%".
Why? The fine print admits the machine secretly calculates your tip AFTER tax and BEFORE discounts.
Several restaurants are quietly adopting this to double-dip.
