@SonosSupport The set up worked fine for a while. Turntable sound stopped working when we added our 3rd Play 1 that happens to be an Alexa enabled Play 1

@SonosSupport hi there, for some reason im not getting any sound from the turntable i have connected via connect amp. connect is working to power add'l speakers, but we're getting no audio from record player. can you help?

@SonosSupport Yes, Line-In selected. There’s 3 bars in motion indicating that it’s playing but no sound from my Play 1s. Turntable is Audio Technica and it’s connects directly to Connect Amp. Connect also powers Bose speakers outdoors which are functioning when we stream music through app
