I genuinely cannot stop eating. I’ve gained 4 pounds in the past couple weeks and I’m so done with it. I need advice how do I seriously lose weight I don’t care how it happens. I’m on a medication that makes you hungry so I have had terrible impulse control. Pls!!!! #edtwt

Day 4: complete 😽 Day 4 weight: 114.5 Weight lost since day 1: 2lbs Today was a chill day honestly I went to the pool today so that helped me get steps and exercise in, but i didn’t get enough steps so I walked when I got home.
