As mentioned in the video I will be retiring and stepping away from competitive rocket league. I have had an absolute blast competing and playing in the scene in rlcs and crl. @sethfowIer I got diagnosed at 16 took me two years to learn how to turn my life around. Just try your best to develop a schedule and follow it religiously. I like to daily journal what i did, accomplished and what i want to do tomorrow. meds was not the move for me works for some tho

ADHD is ruining my life and the process to get properly diagnosed and then prescribed something both privately and through the NHS takes months + the medication apparently turns you into a zombie Any tips for living/better managing it?
