Picture this… Ajo but with houses 😭 You and your friends pool money together and buy a rundown property in cash. You renovate it, convert it into an HMO, and put it on rent so it starts generating income. Then you refinance (mortgage it), pull out the equity, and use that money as a deposit to acquire another property…this time in one person’s name. Same process: renovate, rent it out, then refinance again. You rotate it round the group, one person at a time, using each completed project to fund the next. It might take a few years, but at the end, everyone has a house in their own name, and you all still retain a shared stake in the first property. Will you get involved in such a deal? Is it worth it?

Dear new immigrants couples in the UK, especially those that came in on study visa, do whatever you can not to give birth until you have a solid and stable visa. Struggling for skills worker visa (work visa) after school when you have a baby will fuck you up mentally. Do family planning if you need to, practice safe sex if you need to. JUST DO NOT GIVE BIRTH IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A SOLID AND STABLE VISA, except you don’t mind going back to your home country.
