All PS/GE members are encouraged to submit proposals and attend their local bargaining conference to have a hand in shaping their next collective bargaining agreement!

Last week kicked off the first of PS/GE’s proposals gathering meetings. At these meetings, members review and present proposals for their next contract, elect their local bargaining representatives, and elect component delegates to the proposals conference.

There’s a lot of work that goes into bargaining a contract for approximately 11,000 members. Long before they reach the bargaining table, our Public Service/Government Employment (PS/GE) bargaining unit begins planning and prepping for their next round of negotiations.

SGEU's logo is displayed on the Citizens on Patrol jeep, which is used for training transportation, patrol, community events such as the fair and street fair, and to provide community education on public safety. Every four months the jeep is used to patrol nearly 10,000 blocks!

SGEU Local 1103 is proud to sponsor Battlefords Citizens on Patrol. The Battlefords Citizens on Patrol Program is a non-profit, volunteer-staffed crime prevention organization that works with local protective services.
