I request businesses to never ship with @shipmozo ! They have very pathetic services. Only few of my shipments booked reached on time. No satisfactory response from their time if I raised complaints. They don't know how to retain customers. Suffered loss in most shipments

@shipmozo the worst shipping service provider ever, I guess the hired blind & unprofessional customer service team, they mention that we provide dedicated KAM to each client, but in reality they never listened to our queries, they can' even solve a single problem of courier.
