If it's a random case if se%ual exploitation in work place,i can agree with it,as but when you are seeing all 6 culprit from one religion and all victims from others,then it's a communal exploitation. Women are exploited because of her religion. If it's work place harassment issue,then why the Muslim employees in the same company has not come forward . It's a clear case of religious exploitation. If you can see that,then your are suffering from Stockholm syndrome.
