@simonban YES LITERALLY. Finding the right balance of cohesive colours in the same area but not too similar that it all blends together. Colour theory is so weird. Like when I was painting I was adding blue to red to make it look more red on the canvas and it somehow worked???

@ChocolateRose_0 It truly is "whatever the hell works" because you gotta add colors that sre generally in the same area but you dont know which area LOL. I often just add the base color i wanna try and replicate and then lower opacity over the base color and then boom. Good enough

@ChocolateRose_0 I made this blend of western backgrounds so i could fuck around when making the bg (you can barely see it but oh well) and when i got to bundus's metal i hust grabbed the closest shade of gray in one of these and was like "yep alright" and coninued doing so
