Delighted to report that the Pedicabs (London) Bill made it through its Second Reading in the Lords this afternoon. It now moves to Lords’ Committee Stage. Had cross Party support. If no major issues it should make it through to the Commons in the new year. 🤞🤞 #pedicabs
