Denuncio la primera operación de fraude electoral contra la voluntad popular por parte del JNE. De ninguna manera es concebible que se duplique la valla electoral para favorecer únicamente a dos partidos políticos. No es aceptable que se realice el cómputo sumando los votos válidos de dos votaciones diferentes e independientes (senadores nacionales y senadores regionales), y que recién entonces se aplique la valla del 5%. Esto, en la práctica, convierte la valla en un 10% real. Si la votación para Senador nacional alcanza 20 millones de votos válidos, el 5% debe calcularse sobre esa cifra y no sumar arbitrariamente otros 20 millones de votos válidos para el Senado regional —ambos son votos distintos e independientes— y aplicar recién el 5% sobre un total inflado de 40 millones. El objetivo de esta jugada es claro: reducir el Senado y la Cámara de Diputados prácticamente a solo dos partidos políticos, afectando gravemente la voluntad popular y deslegitimando el proceso electoral.
