@phositivity1 @chain_apir I take that you're asking how broke[n] Sakiko is, in-game? 😏 As Rangemaster/Lord Guard, she can attack "continuously", regardless of enemy presence (trait shared with Nyamu). Attack range can overlap with other band members (with positioning). Most importantly, Skill 3+Fever.

Lesson learned: never put off on things that need immediate attention. A routine chain cycle quickly turned into changing the whole rear wheel, save for both rim and spokes . . . all because of a problem with the destroyed lockring thread on the freehub body I ignored for years.

Front and rear load cycling . . . success(?) I don't know? 🤷 Well, I just have nowhere near half of what will be the final payload on the rear. And I might just bring back the frame bag for other things I'll need still. I need to swap the camping chair for a smaller one.

Well, well, well. Second loaded cycling experiment . . . kinda successful. Handlebar extender helps, but I have to make adjustments on all cables before and during the ride. I've gotta say: the weight from the camping chair is really adding up.

"Why do I choose to suffer on harsh, punishing climbs on the mountainside?" That's the question I never asked myself once . . . until today. Why do I choose to get myself fucked, over and over again, on steep gradients? Well, I think I am now partway into finding that answer.

2025: a rather slow year, with few rides I've done, and even fewer reasons to ride like I used to. Also, it's on the tail-end of this particular year that I decided to . . . go practical. With most added weight removed, I sure hope the coming year will be a better one.
