@RajivRajani1 @Peds_Ortho This is actually not true based on a recently published JBJS study. Women and men actually have equal chances of matching. But the trouble is in the pipeline. Why aren’t women applying to ortho?

@Peds_Ortho It’s more complicated than calling out residency programs. The mentorship, pipeline, and guidance has to be improved. I could be wrong but Women that apply actually have a higher chance of matching in ortho than men.
