Our new LOPIT spatial proteomics paper now out, clearly showing changes in protein abundance is only a partial story. Some proteins relocalise with no change in the steady state abundance doi.org/10.1038/s41467… Wonderful collaboration between @smithlab_ucl and @CamCProteomics
