@KathTX @cmkuiper I see she has a Dexcom G6 which is a great CGMS. I use it + Omnipod 5 for a "closed loop" system that works really well in my experience. Happy to chat more if helpful! I know it's a lot of new information at once!

@KathTX @cmkuiper T1D since age 20 here—so sorry to hear about this! I found UCSF's endocrinology group to be really good, both helping managing and teaching. I took a course there on the foundations of carb counting and stability which was v useful.

@cfhirschorn @GergelyOrosz @snyksec I’ve found agile to be incompatible with automation. The more of an agilist a manager is, the more they’re going to say “we don’t need to automate things to avoid human error, we just need developers to be more accountable”. Automation of process is seen as a threat.

"My company implemented ISO 27001 and it's hindering our ability to innovate. Eg installing new software needs pages long forms to fill, then wait 3-4 weeks for a decision. Are other companies doing ISO 27001 better?" Have you seen examples of ISO implemented more nimble?
