The SNP government is showing contempt for all those struggling. Last winter, they cut a staggering £50m, a reckless move that was swiftly followed by Humza Yousaf breaking his personal commitment to clear waiting lists by the spring. Now they are cutting a further £30m.

Humza Yousaf gave a personal commitment to clear mental health waiting lists by last spring. These figures show exactly what his word is worth. It is unbelievable that despite these figures the Greens and SNP are cutting another £30m from mental health budgets this winter.
