@Gebinahqueen it's weirdly common in fandom for people to headcanon misogynistic men as transfem and i find it really gross. i think it's a way to avoid confronting that part of their character and to excuse the behaviour

The transfem Rien headcanon is popping up so I thought I'd share why I really don't like it. No hate to the people who see it but it's honestly just really icky, especially in the current socio-political climate.

@ishdons @meatbeatmanic i do agree, pinching can be a form of self harm, but if i were to see someone pinching themselves my first thought definitely wouldn't be self harm (unless said person has had issues with self harm before)

@someredfox @meatbeatmanic i agree with what youre saying but pinching yourself is a form of self harm in itself, so dante "only" pinching themselves coulddd be interpreted as self harm by someone without context, especially alone in their office while looking distressed
