It was the first meet of the year for the South Prairie girls golf team today in Velva! The JV team placed 2nd and the JH team got 1st place! ⛳️ *Abby Mikkelson tied for first in the JH division and Rylee Routledge also placed 3rd. Nice work, girls!

Trap Team Wins Spring Conference- Connor Johnson Top Shooter in the State The Trap Team won the 3A spring conference. Connor Johnson, Jorn Brose, and Ben Lindbo went 1-2-3 in high male averages for the conference. Connor Johnson was also High Overall Shooter for North Dakota.

Congratulations to Seth Roedocker for being named to the All Region baseball team! The Bishop Ryan Lions will take on Velva on Thursday at 5:00 p.m. for the regional championship at Jack Hoeven Park!

Trap Team Wins F Fargo Top 10 Shoot Congratulations to the trap team for winning the Top 10 Shoot by 18 birds. Tate Novodvorsky placed 2nd with a 99. Connor Johnson and Ben Lindbo placed 4th with scores of 97. Miranda Novodvorsky took home High Female Shooter with a 94.

Congratulations to the boys varsity golf team on their 5th place finish at regionals today and a successful season! ⛳️ Gage Olson finished in 9th place which qualifies him for the state tournament in Carrington on June 1st and 2nd!

The high school boys basketball games scheduled for tonight in Velva have been cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns on Velva's team. The games will not be rescheduled.

The boys basketball games today are postponed due to MLS players being quarantined.

Starting with Friday’s GBB game and moving forward, South Prairie will no longer require a voucher to attend our home events. Schools we travel to may still require vouchers for attendance in their venues.

Congratulations to the trap shooting team on winning the Fall Conference. Connor Johnson was the top shooter in the state with a 24.6 average, beating Tate Novodvorsky by 1 bird. Miranda Novodvorsky finish 2nd overall for female shooters in the state. Great Shooting, Royals!

Good luck to the Max/Garrison/South Prairie runners as they compete today at the State Cross Country Meet in Jamestown.
