@CrossCountryUK Firstly she can’t move to speak to anyone and secondly, and this is the bigger issue, why are you overselling? This service is always the same, either out in more trains or limit the amount that are sold - it’s not safe

@spudmoops It'll be worth her speaking to the crew on board if she hasn't already just in case there's anything they can do for her. Please bear in mind though, all the other passengers on board that service are in the same situation so there is only so much our crew can do on board. ^LA
