AAU District champion with a throw of 187’8” now on to Nike Nationals next week!!!!

Form is finally coming together really nicely. Finally broke the 160 mark, and can't wait for the District track meet this week. Gotta keep working at it.

Technically one of my best throws so far. Trying to work on the foot being smooth through the middle and staying fully flexed like I did in this video. Really happy either this throw and hope to keep making my form and distances better.
