Gender dysphoria is not a sexual paraphilia. Trans people’s sexuality is no different from non-trans people’s and includes heterosexual, lesbian, gay, and bisexual orientations.

It tells you nothing about what the solution is. The feeling being real and the correct response to it are two completely separate questions
