@stevea92 @LQcontactus @NewsShopper @myldn I see. And you are tenants? In which case they of course have the responsibility to sort it (with leaseholds more complicated on the underfloor heating - I have the same).

L&Q came out for my heating. Left passing it back to loka ,like last year and the year before. Unbelievable. Loka will come and pass it back to L&Q . Meanwhile my 8 month old , 6 year old girls get ill and freeze at night @LQcontactus @NewsShopper @myldn
