Carbs are not the enemy (I once believed they were) Carbs are the fuel for your training sessions. To train with real intensity, you need carbs. Don’t allow your body to slow down..IT WILL GET USED TO IT

@Mc2Craig 👍🏼It can be a great tool for some people but may not be ideal for others. Again, it is not a requirement for fat loss and has no magic properties when compared to eating the same number of calories spread throughout the whole day.

@stringer9 Intermittent fast can be great way to build calorie deficit. I find it far easier to restrict intake on 2 days/week rather than the constant grind of everyday rudictions. (along with exercise, sleep and all those other good things)

@anfearmor11 Swimming is a great cardio exercise and probably the best when you have back issues. I would consult your doctor first but there are definitely certain weights sessions people can be doing that do not compromise your back.

Don’t be lured into thinking that there is a “magic”, “secret” or “long lost” way of eating required to lose weight. Run a mile from anyone who promotes this ideology or pushes one particular diet on you.

@stringer9 In fairness Peter, there is some serious argument out there that the carnivorous diet has major health benefits for people. They done a study on a group of people and it eliminated 90% of ailments they had. Food for thought - no pun intended 😂
