What a season it’s been 19th at Christmas > a 7th finish for @hungerfordtown close to playoffs So success in terms of the turnaround but overall not quite with the standards we set but when 22 teams who all the want the some thing, titles or playoffs are no given… either way you look at it the group we have from players > staff > fans > Club volunteers is something special.. Hats off to the Gaffa @DanRobbo1986 people talk about the football side of management, but the best ones don’t just build a team, they build an environment at a club for all, a squad that wants to play for him & the badge, an @HungerfordU23s who are made to feel a part of everything we do (some making their 1st team debut), to the fans with great support, juniors / young fans that inspire to be 1st team players & a clubhouse that is busier than I’ve ever seen.. Now That’s something special 🤍🖤👏 Roll on the 25/26 season

@Teamgrassroots_ interested to see how they set the 3v3 format up? Most teams have a squad of 10 players at that age, surely it make sense to just Cone out a 7v7 pitch (60x40) into 3rds (20x40) 3 games 3v3, teams swap pitches after say 8mins > 2min break… 2 coaches & a volunteer to over see it
