@blueskystudies try using a graduate journal or gratitude journal prompts, it may help with self/life appreciation and realization of your blessings. so many people feel the same you don’t stand alone

@daddythiccnos you have three choices, one: fight one really jacked juiced out eleventh grader two: you vs an entire elementary school at once three: fight an entire nursing home at once (obviously no weapons and no help, what do you think you’d win against first)

@startingfromnix sometimes people confuse being nice/respectful to others with letting others walk all over you by pleasing them, you can be nice all you want (that’s a positive thing) however it isn’t too healthy to let others walk over you so you can just please them

one of my female work mentors told me this: Stop trying to be nice all the time - it only eats into you and makes you resentful. Instead, tell the truth with clarity. You think that being nice is earning you respect/favors, but standing up for yourself will earn you more

@mkystudies putting out more money for an ipad when you already have a laptop as well is just not worth it if you already have something that works for what you need “if it’s not broke don’t fix it” some people say just do it but save money for textbooks and other expenses for the semester

@mkystudies i feel as though overall a laptop is evidently more practical for university. ipad is convenient size and portability wise (aesthetically pleasing for most…) but if you need to run matlab or other intense programs for uni, a laptop is seemingly more useful

ipad or laptop?? please help huhu which one is more useful specially when studying
