Devin Hughes of GVPedia wrote a piece attempting to rebut my recent article on how concealed carry rights have massively expanded, yet homicide fell, which is contrary to the assertions of what the gun control groups claimed. As I cited in my article, they all claimed Bruen and more carry rights would cause a surge in violence. Let's see what Devin has got for me. First, I'm not a "gun lobby mouthpiece", I'm a gun rights mouthpiece. If I were a gun lobby mouthpiece, I'd have a lot more cool guns given to me for free. Instead, I write twitter articles. Second, I don't really think I claimed anything about the Trump administration....maybe I need to re-read my article and I am forgetting something. But I believe it was simply about how carry rights have expanded since Bruen, yet homicide has fallen.

Did you know that right before Poison got a record deal they needed a new guitarist and it came down to CC Deville and Slash. Bret Michaels argued for Slash but CC fit the image they were going for and is a really good guitar player. They went on to cut their first album in the studio that Stevie Nicks paid for but was too coked out to show up and was snuck in by their connections to use that vacant time. None of them expected Poison’s debut album to sell 4 million copies but it did.
