@krishnanrohit It's because the centrist Liberal party joined the Tories blaming immigrants for economic problems. Canada funds education with Indian students and staffs its minimum wage chains with imported workers who have limited rights so naturally we're blaming the folks we exploit.

Apparently some people thought I mean the title isn't great, you kidding me 🤣.
Titles are made up, one company call someone senior, other company just call them engineer.
I meant like I would want to have some side project along with job thats really killing it or be full time on my own startup. Not 'just' be a senior engineer after 8 years.
Also some are saying having side project with job is great no need to be full time.
Like I'm literally trying to do that right now. You are telling me what I'm trying to do right now. 😅
& By "easiest' I mean, I keep doing what I am doing currently.
Starting something of your own requires more effort & daily work after full time job, that's hard for me atleast.
If I have 8 years ahead of me why would I not try to be more. One life right?

Once again I will repeat: The value of tailwind is not inherently the inline utility classes (though, I am a huge fan), it's the underlying design system and API to access that design system in a common sense and predictable way. It makes doing the right thing easy.

I was in a big data program at college & a prof gave an assignment to spin up a single node Hadoop cluster on EC2. No one but me had cloud experience. The prof told them it wouldn’t cost them anything, but I taught everyone how to set up billing alerts, which went off a day later

A concrete example of how AWS creates friction: "I want to try Postgres on RDS" Create an instance, use many of the defaults (including the default security group) and try to connect from a DB client. Connection times out. Spend 30 minutes reading the docs, StackOverflow, and more to finally find out that I need to adjust the default security group or create a new one with the appropriate inbound rules. Nowhere along the process of creating the instance does it say something like "heads up! you won't be able to connect to this instance with the current SG settings".
