@Talabat @TalabatUAE @cpa_oman My order was delayed, then cancelled, and I was told it would take 7 days to receive my refund. This is not acceptable. Customers should not have to wait a week to get their money back after an order is cancelled. Please resolve this issue.

Just a question here .. since march april i see that @Talabat every month deducts money off all cards connected to the app.. we did not order anything since February . My husband even closed his account and disconnected our bank cards. We get email subscription invoice .. to what ? And nowhere to cancel this .. what a scam !!!!

تعامل سيء ودايم تأخيرات واخرها امس تاريخ ٢٩/١١/٢٠٢٣ قبل الطلب خلال نصف ساعه ولما صارت ساعه وكلمت الخدمه قالتلي (هند) ٤ دقايق عندك!! ولما طافت ٥ دقايق كلمت السايق قالي ربع ساعه عندك!! ولما رديت كلمت الخدمه (عبدالرحمن) يقول اسف ما اقدر اعوضك بشي وبعتذر منك!! #talabat #طلبات
