I’ve been wronged by people in my past but I didn’t waste time and energy fighting with them. I decided to move on. I now realize this allowed me to focus my energy on creating something new and prospering as a result. Don’t be bitter. Create something better

We teach about growth mindset and assert that mistakes are for learning and yet many educators spend their time pointing out errors and giving feedback on mistakes. We grow from strength to strength, so we need to highlight the positive in ourself and others. #CelebrateMonday

I read a quote on a thread regarding students’ behaviors being out of control-
“Classroom management is only good if the students know they will be punished.”
Classroom management is about managing the environment and our own responses to students, not about managing kids.
