@ryzen00x_ I don’t really give this type of advice because ppl on twitter are very disorder Never restrict yourself. For example if you’re really craving a burger just eat half of it. Restricting just makes u feel like shit and possibly binge stay safe beautiful 🤍

@ryzen00x_ girl ur gonna hate me but I was extremely depressed and overweight(130kg) so my therapist recommended to my family that I need to do a gastric bypass😭 my insurance accepted because I was a cupcake away from many health issues. That was when I was 17 and I’m 20 now
