@TheRickWilson I was a cop in Norwich, CT. When we encountered people in need of assistance we sent them to Catholic Charities. Our local Catholic Charities; St. Vincent de Paul Place in Norwich, CT provides a hot breakfast (8–10 AM) and lunch (11:30 AM–1 PM), Monday through Saturday.
