i am starting my fourth year in one month and wish to get started with competitive programming how should i approach it? i am comfortable with basics of java, and can solve leetcode easy/mediums resources, advices, experience, expectations and any guidance appreciated thanks!

it's funny how i slept fine in a building full of stressed students, but ever since i got back home, the nightmares started.
the worst part isn't waking up relieved that none of it was real. it's realizing the monster never existed, but whatever created it still does.
