there’s a second of silence before a cry of pain fell from them, teeth bit into bottom lip abruptly which pulled blood from it. she couldn’t even look at her own hand without feeling sick to her stomach, her gaze on him instead… she didn’t recognize him. silence continued.

hesitantly, an arm went to lay over him, the touch relaxing her as she allowed her eyes to close. it was different in this form… almost scarier with how intimate it felt, was it too much? she tried not to overthink and let her mind wander so she could fall asleep.
