€150m will test Bayern Munich’s resolve. There's no way on earth Olise won't think about a Real Madrid move. For many reasons. There's a strong French connection there. It's a bigger club, and if he wants to attain some levels in football, that's where he wants to be. It's not unlikely that Real Madrid will up that bid too when Bayern reject that first bid. Olise vs Yamal is a tantalising battle sometime in the future. It's not a Ronaldo or Kaka level of signing like Perez said, but Madridistas can get excited about the kind of signing Olise will be. It can get fans excited. That said, Bayern Munich are a powerhouse. They have money. They pay extremely well. They win titles. Real Madrid are just more prestigious. They promise more for a player seeking a stronger global reach. They are closer to Ballon d’Or. Stylistically, I don't see fireworks happening if Olise joins Real Madrid. They need other profiles more importantly. Interesting months ahead, still.
