i’ll just get out in front of it and give the donovan hire a 7/10. don’t mind it but we could have 100% have done better. lloyd would’ve been a grand slam but i just don’t see it happening unless they had got eliminated tonight

@notthefakesw @UNCballTalk There is not a single coach in college right now that is a better coach than he is. He was the best coach in the sport when he left and he will be the best coming back. That is one of the home run hires.

NEWS: Chicago Bulls HC Billy Donovan has told UNC he is not interested in the head coaching position, and is currently pursuing other opportunities in college basketball, per sources. I’m told UNC was never really interested, but just wanted to test the waters with NBA coaches.

@UNCballTalk They are making calls to make sure they can land who they want. Can’t just let Hubert go with no plan in place and get stuck if everybody turns down the job. If you move on you have to make sure you got the next guy already in the fold.

I would assume Hubert will be stepping down after the WBB game. if not it has to be tomorrow. No clue why we are taking so long with this decision.

@Sports_Kings_ Nobody in the family is getting this job and they shouldn’t. Stackhouse is a terrible coach and why he got fired at Vandy. The UNC family thing is dead. The family obsession is why the program is where it is. You go make an offer to one of the big names that they can’t refuse.

With a coaching change very possible, what realistic HC replacements would you hope for as a fan?

@UNCballTalk You can’t bring him back. He has officially lost the entire fan base. You bring him back and they will revolt. I know I’m done with them until he is fired or steps down

If Hubert is not fired tonight this program doesn’t want to win.
