Hard to believe this chapter has come to an end. Watching this group play together for the past 7 years has been one of the greatest joys. Tre played this year with pure heart. Pure grit. No quit in him, ever. He led with strength, with passion, so proud!! I love my #3.

Congratulations to Alyssa Cordell, a business teacher at Lincoln Jr High School! She's our Extra Mile Award recipient in November. Alyssa is a first-year teacher making a big impact on her seventh- and eighth-grade students by ensuring they're plugged into career and technical coursework. CTE classes help students identify their purpose and pathway. Alyssa also supported the district's first-ever Elev8 event, which introduced all jr. high students in our district to a variety of careers through hands-on interactions with local businesses. #whereexcellencelives
