I don’t know a single Millennial whose Boomer parents paid for their education. Co-signing a loan isn’t paying for something. From what I’ve learned from friends and coworkers is that’s a behaviour that Gen Xers engage in. What’s your experience?

Subway in Halifax is posting a food service supervisor position at $17.00 an hour as a TFW job. It's interesting to see a major chain like this seeking temporary foreign workers for supervision roles. Does the employer demonstrate that no Canadians are available for this specific spot in NS? How does this fit with the LMIA requirement for a genuine need?
