Excited that my play DAISY - a political drama about negative advertising, set during the 1964 US presidential election - is getting a production in the San Francisco area. It opens 3 days after Trump's second inauguration. I'm sure it's going to stir up audiences.

A resident in my ward who is facing their own challenges with housing just wrote to convey their sympathy and support for asylum seekers looking to find a home in Ottawa. I often find that the poorest among us have the most generous souls.
