In case you've missed the first few sneak peeks, the official debut of our newest seasonal -- the Wine Not Cabernet Barrel-Aged Saison -- is this Friday! We took our The Farm saison that you already know and love and aged it in cabernet barrels from Messina Hof Grapevine Winery!

We're excited to announce an addition to tomorrow's festivities - a post-tree lighting performance by Tim Novak! Come early for the Castle Hills Holiday in the Plaza, grab a first taste of our Gingerbread Monster Porter, and get in the holiday spirit with a few Christmas tunes!

They say grilled foods are the healthiest for you .... does that apply to grilled cheese sandwiches too? We hope so, because starting tonight, our neighbors at The Salty Cow​ will be selling their grilled cheese menu in the TKO​ taproom every Friday from 6 to 8pm!

We'll be closed tomorrow for Thanksgiving, but open regular hours tonight ... so make sure to stop by and grab a crowler or growler of TKO beer for your holiday dinner! As always, we are grateful for all our amazing supporters and customers -- you guys made our 2018 incredible!

Since you'll be stuck in the kitchen the next few days, relax tonight at TKO​! While Tipsy Pig​ will be here from 5 to 9pm tonight serving up their delicious briskets and ribs, the beer of the week is our November Fiesta. Sounds like the perfect pre-Thanksgiving plans to us!

Guess who's back? Come by next Saturday, November 24th for the 2018 release of our Gingerbread Monster, a seasonal porter brewed with ginger, cinnamon, cocoa, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla. Just like Christmas, this beer only comes 'round once a year, so get it while you can! 🍻
