Go cut a Series 5200 with those bolt cutters and get back to me about "how easy" it should be. In most cases those particular bolt cutters (30 inch) are ruined after you cut that lock. The military has an issued large pair (42 inch) that works better but it's still going to be a body lock to make it work.
