@Kenny_Wallace I only wear flex fit hats, and it is rare that a driver has them. When I saw it the other day, I decided I would get one, unfortunately, by the time I was able to visit the site, the large/extra large is out of stock, so I will have to wait a little longer.

@jeff_gluck Honest question, why cant they let them continue under the old charter agreement until it is settled, since they didnt approve the new one?

Update: 23XI/Front Row have now filed their response to NASCAR's Friday notice (saying they'll keep enough charter spots for the teams if they win and asking the judge to render the preliminary injunction request moot). The teams say NASCAR's offer doesn't make their motion moot and laid out some conditions they wanted NASCAR to meet so the judge would have to rule. NASCAR declined this offer and said the teams' request went way too far. So it seems like the judge will still have to rule on the preliminary injunction this week, as the parties could not agree.
