An Exploration of Leveraged ETFs: Everybody knows that leveraged ETFs are bad products, but few realise how bad these products truly are. I look at the sources of underperformance (hint it's not just volatility decay) and how to capitalise on this underperformance. Link in bio

@TheStalwart @JavierBlas Everybody is betting that trump wont start an energy crisis into midterms he’s already likely to lose. You may not agree with the logic or the likelihood but thats the answer imo.

Every normie feels in their gut that oil should go higher. And every oil expert seems to think that every day we get closer to the true disaster scenario. So why is it that oil is not only below the highs of the month, but, as @JavierBlas pointed out, far below the 2022 highs?

Antisemitic speech is reprehensible and vile. Its also Constitutionally protected.
Oakland County Sheriff’s Office@oaklandsheriff

There’s been a lot of noise and misinformation about what was said at our antisemitism press conference, so let us be clear. People of all faiths stood together for one purpose: to say no to antisemitism. Not quietly. Not conditionally. Clearly and unequivocally. This is not about politics or constitutional debates. It’s about what we, as people, are willing to accept. Antisemitic speech should never be normalized. When it shows up—on the street, in the workplace, or online—we have a responsibility to confront it, not ignore it. The photo that’s been circulating was shared with us by someone who received direct, threatening communication. It was used to illustrate a larger point: antisemitism is being mainstreamed in ways that should concern every one of us. That information was forwarded to another police agency that already had a felony warrant for that individual. We have had no role in that case or arrest. Let us also be clear: posting that image was not a crime, and it was not treated as one. But it is a symptom of a growing problem—one where too many people look the other way, or worse, lend their support. The hateful responses we’ve seen since only reinforce that reality. Don’t hide behind the First or Second Amendment to deflect from the issue. That’s not what this is about. This is about standing up for your neighbors—whether they are Jewish or not—and refusing to accept hate as normal.

The number of people defending the Oakland County Sheriff today is silly. Sure, the guy was arrested for a warrant not the meme. BUT: The OCSD sent a request to another agency to investigate the guy OVER A MEME. They make the claim that there were other "threatening" things he said, but they only showed the meme. They could end this by showing something illegal he posted or sent, but they haven't, because it likely doesn't exist. Just stop it. Bouchard was mad and asked another agency to harass a citizen over a meme. BaCk ThE bLuE is silly

Hate speech is speech, anti semetic memes are not a crime.

“Show me the man, I’ll show you the crime” as Stalin would say. “Sheriff” Mike Bouchard already told the world, on video, EXACTLY what happened here. He was offended by a meme, so he found a reason to arrest the guy who posted it. Simple as that. Figures they have replies off.
Oakland County Sheriff’s Office@oaklandsheriff

For people that are whining that someone was arrested for posting a meme; sorry to disappoint. Not even for threatening, racist, AND anti-semitic comments. He had a prior outstanding felony stalking warrant on something completely unrelated, which drew local police attention to him when someone complained.

Today's example of draconian gun laws hurting crime victims is brought to you by Syracuse, NY, and co-sponsored by the Onondaga County D.A.'s Office. Two of the city's three homicides this year have been self-defense shootings. Both armed victims now face felony gun charges. 📜

@plzbepatient You're under the assumption that the plurality of GOP voters have a passport? LMFAO The SAVE act genuinely must be a deep state plot, dems are going to sweep if this ever gets passed.

@jbirdthoughts @QableCharacters @BrentAWilliams2 Yeah thats actually exactly what happens, foreign medical grads aren't getting the sexy specialties or the high earning ones. They get the ass specialties no american wants to do/choses first.

It is very interesting that when the MAGA crowd finds out that the US needs international medical graduates to fill MD jobs that American medical graduates do not want to do, they immediately flip from "all MDs are greedy pill pushers that make us sick", to "only Americans should be greedy pill pushers that make us sick".
Pradheep J. Shanker, M.D.@neoavatara

Again, she is being completely dishonest. Notice that unmatched American grads are stable. Why? If foreigners are stealing seats, shouldn't that number be INCREASING? It's because she's either lying or stupid. Foreigners are mostly filling spots that Americans don't want.

@jbirdthoughts @neoavatara @BrentAWilliams2 Thats actually almost exactly what happens lmfao. American docs don't (most of them) want to be PCP's and the few that do 100% don't want to go to North Dakota and do that already miserable job.

@WomanDefiner Nobody, least of all vets, trust the VA enough to do the job of identifying fraud vs legitimate claims.

There is an odd number of vets defending blatant fraud in the VA and that makes me think they also are committing blatant fraud. Why would you want people taking money that could go to people who need it even more?

@FrenlyOfficer This is going to almost exclusively hurt rural citizens, most of those hospitals are structurally unprofitable as it is.
