You know what would be really cool – BMW electric car with their super smooth engine/traction control, suspension combined with Apple electronics – iPad, music system, Siri, Maps, everything. Not sure if either of them want to work with the other.

Apparently ‘crypto’ is much much bigger scam than microservices. Who knew?

I really hope that the data mesh movement doesnt turn into another one of those microservices debacle where we went from one extreme to the other. Tiny services are just as bad as monoliths. I hope we put great care into finding the right bounded contexts with data mesh movement.

The problem with children is that it feels like they grow too fast and too slow at the same time.

I know lots of fancy words but it is very satisfying process. 😜😊

more importantly, facilitating further refinement in understanding by creating a baseline which allows the topic to be interrogated at an even deeper level.

Thing I learned about myself: I love to elevate a group’s consciousness of a complex topic (mostly technical, software to be specific) by documenting it in a simple-to-understand manner thus increasing the topic’s accessibility but ...

Over time your strengths and weaknesses converge. Took me a long time to internalize this. Example: I have to make high quality judgments very quickly _and_ identify decisions that need more thought. Each behavior could be strength or weakness depending on situation.

My life experience says: keen learners are keen ‘explainers’ (teachers in the narrow sense).
