Labour led Sefton taking action over fly tipping. 🌹🌹

70% of councils in England have described fly-tipping as a 'major problem' in their area. Pressure group 'Keep Britain Tidy' has said the problem is escalating rapidly and costing local authorities millions to investigate and clean up. They have also launched a new campaign to warn the public about hiring private operators to dispose of their waste. @NickDixonITV reports.
