@thatlawyerLisa I don't take GLP (yet?) but there is nothing at all wrong with taking it. My guess is that if anyone does judge others unfavourably for taking it, it's because they are clueless. Forget them.

A lot of assuming here. 1) I work out. 2) I run. 3) I count my calories.
But because of age, genetics, & a medical condition, I could not lose weight.

@_celia_bedelia_ Idrc but it’s not respectable weight loss. The major part of weight loss is discipline I respect someone that’s still fat in the gym and focusing on nutrition more than someone just taking a drug to lose. You can do whatever you want but it’s a mindset reflection.
